No reason to start anywhere else

As someone who has a few years under my belt practicing FP and completing their previous 10 week course and human foundations course, I found this course very beneficial. Not only did it bring me back to the fundamentals, which is always good to check in on, but in such a precise and concise way. Trimmed all the fat. Naudi instructs in a way that makes it easy to understand for a newbie yet loaded with information for even seasoned practitioners to be reminded of how detailed the simplicities can be. The progressions each week compliment previous work and flow linearly. I like the added capability to “Mark as complete” to progress at your own pace, but would recommend taking the course as intended weekly to ensure no oversight from the lessons. I have improvements in my posture and moving better thanks to the completion of the course.

The separation to small videos can be as plus so as a minus for some people. For me its a good thing.
