I was excited to go through the updated course. The old course was awesome,

The update is on a whole new level.

Very easy to follow step by step.

Anyone can do it. I highly recommend it.

Definitely Recommend If You Want To Move Better

If you experience any kind of pain and/or if you want to move better, I 100% recommend you buy this course. Even if your goal is to get stronger, this course will set your structure up to do that as well. When I first started FP, I experienced some discomfort in my lower back as it was compressed, and i had a pretty bad kypholordosis. A lot of associated muscles were hyperactive, and some were underactive. This made me very stiff and was decreasing my ability to move well without pain. This course is aimed at rebalancing your body’s posture to get you ultimately moving better and without pain. I dont know how to spell it out in many other ways—if you value your health in longevity, make this investment in yourself and buy the course and take it seriously.

Phenomenal!

At the early age of 21 I ended up with shoulder pain, elbow pain, and knee pain. I tried everything from going to the doctor, doing physical therapy, going to the chiropractor and nothing really seemed to be 100 percent effective. I searched for months to find out the solution to what I had wrong with my body. Luckily I was able to find Functional Patterns on Instagram and was amazed at the results that I was looking at. I followed the Instagram account and Youtube account for a couple of months and everything Naudi was saying just made so much sense to me. I bought his power of posture book and inhaled as much information as I could from it. Once I finished that I bought his 10 week online course and loved it. From there I wanted more education so I attended a Human Foundations course and ever since my body has been healing and not degrading. I recommend this course to anyone who is wanting to solve the problems that they have with their body. You won't regret buying this course.
